For schools, leagues & organizations

Officiating Services

One partner for your entire athletic calendar.

Who we serve

Six sports. Every level.

Let'em Play provides officiating across flag football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, and volleyball for public, charter, and private schools, plus independent organizations throughout the Charlotte metropolitan area.

High School Athletics

Full-season coverage across sports, managed like clockwork: schedules confirmed, assignments locked, changes handled.

Middle School Athletics

Patient, professional crews who keep games positive and help young athletes learn the rules.

Recreational Leagues

Reliable crews for youth and adult rec — from single fields to leagues of 40+ teams.

AAU & Tournament Coverage

Weekend-ready crews for AAU basketball and tournament play; brackets don't wait, and neither do we.

Team Camps

Officials for camps and scrimmage events, ready to teach as well as call.

Why athletic directors stay

Games covered. No scrambling.

No no-shows

The problem we're most often hired to solve — and the one our clients say disappears.

Whole-department management

Schedules tracked, assignments confirmed, reminders sent. ADs tell us it's like having a personal assistant for athletics.

A high standard

Officials are recruited selectively and held accountable, with experience ranging from 2 to 35 years.

Always reachable

Direct access to the Director of Officiating Operations, not a ticket queue.

Compliance & assurance

Every official vetted, registered, observed.

Schools put themselves at risk when they retain unregistered officials. Our crews carry current-year credentials and are screened quarterly.

Quarterly background screening

Let'em Play runs quarterly and random third-party background screenings on every official, in every sport. An official convicted of a criminal offense may have registration denied or rescinded following individual, confidential review by the Director of Officiating Operations.

NCHSAA certification clearance

Since 2016 we have relied on NCHSAA certification clearance for officials working private school basketball, alongside our own vetting process.

Registered officials only

Schools may request to see any official's current-year registration card at any time. Schools that use unregistered officials take on real liability and risk penalties under the NCHSAA handbook.

Ongoing observation

We complete random evaluation observations on crews and individual officials, conducted by observers skilled in officiating and capable of technical interpretation of contest performance.
